Homemaker Personal Care (HPC) Transportation
This service provides a solution for individuals with specialized needs when it comes to transportation to and from Medical appointments, Hospital discharge, Prescription pick-ups ,Personal errands, Grocery shopping and much more.
Homemaker Personal Care
Helps people live in the community by assisting with eating, dressing, bathing, shopping, cleaning, money management, driving and other activities
Shared Living
A person (family member or not) with whom an individual on an IO waiver lives and who is paid to help that individual to take care of themselves like with the homemaker/personal care service.
Community Transition
Supports people transitioning from living in a facility to a house or apartment, either with others or on their own.
Participant Directed HPC
Helps with daily living needs while a person serves as the provider’s employer.
Supported Living
Enables eligible consumers to live in community with 3 or fewer individuals with disabilities. Recipient, with the assistance of an advocates, designs their services necessary to support them in the setting of choice.

All staff employed by “Abundance of Care Homes” are required to be at least 18 years of age and meet certain requirements. Employee requirements include:

• BCI/FBI
